Running is more than a routine for me. It is a source of solitude, discipline, and a way to challenge both my mind and body. As a recreational runner, I typically log 20-40 miles each week, whether on roads or trails.
Every season has its own kind of magic, and honestly, I can’t choose a favorite. There’s something special about running through fresh snow in winter, breathing in cool spring mornings, passing deer on quiet summer evenings, and taking in the colors of fall. My weekend long runs have become one of my favorite rituals.
