These days, running is a significant part of my routine, helping me stretch my comfort zone, face challenges, and experience some dopamine. I usually run 20-30 miles a week on roads or trails around State College. I run in all seasons and can't decide which one is my favorite. I really consider myself lucky to run in winter snows, enjoy foggy spring mornings, spot deer on summer evenings, and admire the tree foliage in fall; all are breathtaking. My Sunday long runs have become a weekly ritual, keeping me connected to nature and myself.Â
