Running has become more than just a routine for me—it’s a source of solitude, discipline, and a way to challenge both my mind and body. As a recreational runner, I typically log 20-40 miles a week, whether on roads or along the winding trails around State College.

Each season offers its own kind of magic, and honestly, I can’t choose a favorite. There’s something surreal about running through winter snows, breathing in foggy spring mornings, passing silently watching deer and their fawns on summer evenings, and experiencing the majestic fall foliage.

I’ve run marathons and countless long runs through these landscapes, with my weekend runs becoming a cherished ritual.
